Revolut's Remarkable Journey: Celebrating 9 Years and a $40B Valuation
Hey FinTech Fanatic!
This week, we're celebrating a nice milestone in the FinTech world: Revolut has turned 9 years old!
To mark this occasion, I shared the pitch deck Revolut used to raise their first $1.5 million seed round back in 2015. It’s fascinating to see where and how it all started, especially considering their latest milestone.
Revolut’s recent news is a testament to their incredible journey: Tiger Global is in talks to lead a $500 million share deal, valuing the company at a staggering $40 billion, with the potential to reach $45 billion. It’s amazing to reflect on their growth from that initial seed round to now being one of the most valuable FinTech companies in the world.
Here’s a fascinating tidbit to commemorate their birthday: did you know that Revolut has Card Vending Machines at airports in Italy? You can sign up and get your card instantly from the machine. Check out this video to see how it works.
Cheers to Revolut for their nine years of innovation🍻
