Flex Secures $25M As Eyes 5x Revenue Growth

Hey FinTech Fanatic!
Flex, a FinTech startup focused on business owners navigating both personal and corporate finances, has secured $25 million in equity funding, led by Titanium Ventures, at a $250 million valuation. Flex also closed a $200 million credit facility, reinforcing its push into the B2B payments space.
The US-based startup sees itself as a direct competitor to Ramp and Brex but primarily focuses on mid-market business owners who also serve as their company’s CEOs, rather than enterprises or VC-backed startups. This funding round follows Flex’s expansion beyond its business credit card and expense tracking product, introduced in 2023.
Flex now processes over $1 billion in annualized payment volume, growing 25% month over month. CEO Zaid Rahman expects revenue to multiply fivefold by 2025, as Flex expands its AI and B2B payments teams in New York and San Francisco.
